You won’t want to miss these Foxhowe speakers!

Our world may be a little different, but the Foxhowe Board of Trustees remains committed to our goals: to enrich, inspire and entertain our community. We have every confidence that the speakers and programs scheduled for Summer 2021 will live up to these goals.

Sunday evening events begin at with cocktails at 5:30, followed by presentations at 6:30 PM. Unless otherwise noted, all 2021 events will take place at the tent at the top of the Inn site.

The Music of Gilbert and Sullivan

Our opening event brings the Utopia Opera Company to Buck Hill with their own spin on the fanciful, topsy-turvy works of Gilbert and Sullivan. You’ll enjoy favorites from “The Mikado,” “Pirates of Penzance,” “The Gondoliers,” and many more!

Wednesday, July 15th

Not Your Average Bear! – A Family Event at the Pool

Roger Spotts of the Monroe County Conservation District’s Kettle Creek Environmental Education Center joins us to reveal some of the mysteries and misinformation of Pennsylvania black bears. You’ll learn tips on what to do when you n them whether that’s roaming the forests of Buck Hill or sleeping under the porch of your cottage. Children will be enthralled by this presentation!

World-class magician and comedian, Simon Mandal, brings astounding, astonishing, mind-boggling, incredible, legendary magic to the inn site! All ages will have fun and laugh at his “magical” antics!

A Conversation with General (Ret.) David H. Petraeus

In this highly anticipated event, General David Petraeus sits down for a conversation with Tony Roberts. Drawing from his extensive military background, as well as his time as Director of the CIA, General Petraeus will share his views on a wide range of important topics. If you tuned in to last year’s webinar with General Petraeus, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to experience him in person.

How else would we end another glorious summer in Buck Hill Falls? Our annual Labor Day Picnic at Metzgar’s Farm brings our community together and celebrates Buck Hill Falls. Entertainment by our favorite local musician, Joe O’Malley.
